Ashley Kilmartin has built a successful real estate career spanning Maine and Southwest Florida, with a particular focus on Maine’s luxury lakefront market. She obtained her real estate license in 2016 while studying marketing at the University of Maine and has made real estate her full-time career ever since.

 

Ashley has developed a strong presence in Maine’s highly sought-after lakefront communities, representing buyers and sellers in significant waterfront transactions throughout the Lakes Region. Her experience in the luxury lakefront market has given her an in-depth understanding of the nuances that influence waterfront property values; from frontage, water quality and orientation to privacy, and the characteristics that make each lake and property unique.

 

Ashley’s background in real estate began with years of flipping bank-owned properties, an experience that has made her the expert in foreclosure and short sales, and sharpened her the ability to recognize value, understand a property's potential and approach transactions with an investor's perspective.
