Ashley obtained her real estate license in 2016 while studying marketing at the University of Maine; real estate has been her full time career since. Ashley is passionate for assisting clients with such a major life decision. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, and handles each sale with patience, honesty and exceptional customer service.
Ashley has spent many years flipping bank owned properties. This experience has provided her with the skill set to successfully assist her clients with traditional real estate transactions, while also becoming an expert in short-sales and foreclosures.
What Ashley particularly loves about real estate is that every day is different; no two homes or transactions are exactly alike. She enjoys the experiences and challenges each new client brings. She prides herself in her ability to think creatively to get deals done, negotiate the best possible terms for her clients and provide a seamless experience. Deb has lived in Maine her entire life; growing up in Portland and currently residing in Windham. This has allowed Deb to become an expert in the market trends throughout the state. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked in customer service at UNUM for 17 years. During her time there she purchased, renovated and successfully sold over 150 distressed properties. She enjoyed the process so much, that she decided to get her real estate license in 2001. Since then she has worked with all parties; buyers, sellers, investors and banks. The home buying process has always been a passion for Deb, and she is grateful that she is able to use her experiences to ensure her clients have a seamless transaction.
